We allow a maximum of one (1) extra person (regardless of age: adult/child/infant)  in CERTAIN villas.
Extra person charge:
6 year old or above: P2,500 per night, extra floor mattress will be provided.
5 year old or below: Free of charge, bed share.

Guests exceeding the number of maximum occupancy per villa shall book a bigger category or an additional room or villa (subject to terms and availability)

Rates are in Philippine Peso. Different rates apply on Long weekends and Holidays.
Rates come with plated Continental Breakfast

Garden Villa

 

We have three Garden Villas:

SAMPAGUITA, GUMAMELA, and BOUNGAINVILLA

These garden villas are located right across the street from the main resort.

A short uphill walk using secured stairs to go to the Beach that can be accessed through the main resort.

Please note: Access is not completely barrier free.

Each Garden Villa has two rooms: ​​

1st Room has one king bed / 2nd Room has either one queen bed or two single beds.

Each Garden Villa has its own kitchenette, dining and a lounge area.
Pets allowed but must be declared prior to arrival.

 

Each Garden Villa can sleep 4 people / Rate at P10,000 per villa per night​​​​

We have two  Seaview Villas: SAMPAGUITA & GUMAMELA

Seaview Villas offer a panoramic view of the West Philippine Sea and ​​​​the lush nature of the island.

These Seaview villas are located right across the street from the main resort.

A short uphill walk using secured stairs to go to the Beach that can be accessed through the main resort.

Each Seaview Villa has two rooms: ​​
1st Room has one king bed / 2nd room has one queen bed or 2 single beds.
Each Seaview Villa has its own kitchenette, dining and a lounge area and a viewing deck.

Pets allowed but must be declared prior to arrival.

Bed size: 1 king bed + 2 single beds / or / 1 king bed + 1 double decker

Room size: 150 m²

Each Seaview Villa can sleep maximum 6 people / No more extra person allowed /  Rate at P20,000 per villa per night​​
