Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTES TO CONSIDER:

The Resort's facilities, rooms, grounds, restaurant, bar are exclusively for In-House Guests.
For your safety, CCTV operates in all public areas of the resort.

Rates stated are on CASH BASIS.
We also accept Mastercard or Visa but there's an additional 4% for bank charges when using credit card.

We require 100% deposit to secure your booking either by bank to bank transfer or credit card.

Payment made is non-refundable.

For Cancellations, we provide the option to reschedule:
Re-scheduling is allowed provided that a notification was sent at least 2 weeks prior to booked date.
Re-scheduling is also allowed in cases of typhoons or boat cancellation.
Re-scheduling must be within 2 months and subject to availability and possible rate change.

Resort accepts the following forms of payment:
CASH (PhP, US Dollar, EURO, Swiss Francs, English Pounds )
CREDIT CARD (Mastercard and Visa - note there's 4% surcharge when paying by card)

Resort does not accept check payments.

International Credit and Debit cards are not always accepted in Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Puerto Galera. It’s better to bring or be ready with cash.

We can only allow 1 extra person maximum (regardless of age; adults/kid/baby) in all rooms:
(6 year-old or above: P2,500 additional charge per night, floor mattress will be provided)
(5 year-old and below: Free of charge, bed share)

Resort is EXCLUSIVELY for in-house guests. The bar, restaurant, facilities cannot accommodate/cater to non-guests / visitors.

Check-in Time is at 2:00pm – Check-out Time is at 12noon.

Late check out:
Official check out is 12noon.
Late check out with charge:
12:01-3:00pm : 50% of the total nightly room rate
3:01 pm onwards: Full nightly room rate
(Subject to room availability and booking - this is subject to process, kindly check with resort reception if late check out is possible)

No food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the resort; cooking is not allowed.
(Penthouse and Villa guests exempted)
The resort has its own restaurant and bar operating everyday. Opens at 7am, Closes at 9pm. No Room Service.
Other restaurants and bar are located nearby (Whitebeach, Town Proper, Sabang)

We provide free potable service water in glass carafes.

Washing of clothes - prohibited. The resort has its laundry service (outsource) at a reasonable rate - charging by the
kilo.
But please be noted that we send this to our outside contact, we have no responsibility for any damage or loss.

Swimming Pool is open from 8am-8pm. Proper swimming attire must be worn when going inside the pool.
Swimming shorts/trunks for men. Bathing suite for ladies. No street wear allowed in the swimming pool !

Please do not run around the pool area. Any accidents or mishaps is not the resort's responsibility.

Fire arms / Weapons / Illegal Drugs: Strictly prohibited.

This is a private beach. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests agree that any accident that might happen is not the resort’s responsibility.

Any damage made by guests to the hotels facilities or property is chargeable to the guests.

Resort is not responsible or liable to any valuables lost. Please keep all your valuables inside your room safe and keep your doors locked for safety purposes.

Hotel has the right to refuse admission to any guests / incoming guests or even expel current guests causing mayhem/discomfort to the hotel/staff/other guests.

Check-In / Check-out:

OFFICIAL CHECK-IN TIME is at 2:00pm
OFFICIAL CHECK-OUT TIME is at 12:00noon
*Confirmed bookings arriving earlier than check-in time can lounge around the resort and use our facilities while waiting for check-in.
*Check out time is at 12:00 noon. The room must be vacated for general clean up.
You can still lounge around the resort and use our facilities while waiting for your departure on that day.
